Our story
Luminary Health began with a simple observation: the care gap between hospitals and skilled nursing facilities was too wide. Patients discharged to nursing homes often lacked consistent physician oversight, and facilities needed a partner who could deliver both clinical expertise and operational support.
We built Luminary Health to be that partner. By placing dedicated, board-certified physicians inside the facilities we serve, we ensure residents receive timely, personalized care and facilities gain the clinical leadership they need to thrive.
